The only Kosher Druze food workshop

Kosher kitchens, products, and ingredients

Supervised by Tzohar’s kashrut supervisors, a select team of our hosts has generously agreed to reconstruct their kitchens in order to meet the kosher requirements.

Additionally, all products and ingredients used during the meals and workshops are also inspected and verified as kosher.

About Tzohar

Tzohar was founded in 1995 with the intent of reshaping the Jewish character of Israel through dialogue and common elements of Jewish identity.

With over 1,000 volunteers, Tzohar provides an array of Jewish lifecycle programs and services that reach over a hundred thousand Israelis every year.
