We understand that plans can change! Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:
Culinary Experiences (Tours, Workshops, Meals):

Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the experience.

50% refund for cancellations made 7 days before.

No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.

You may reschedule once at no extra charge if requested at least 72 hours prior to the experience. In the case of rescheduling, full refunds will not be applicable.
Picnic Baskets & Product Orders:

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date for a full refund.

No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

For shipped items (spices, etc.), returns are accepted within 14 days, unopened and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Cancel:
Log in to your account or contact us at in**@******at.com. If you booked online, you may cancel or reschedule directly through the booking portal, when and if available. All cancellations and requests must be made in writing.
