Combine wholehearted home hospitality and a freshly cooked authentic meal with a specialty workshop, where you will prepare Knafeh; the Galilee’s most famous, and delicious dessert. Learn how to prepare this mouthwatering sweet step by step, from the kata’if “straw” dough to the traditional syrup topping.
Or, if you prefer, learn to make date filled marmoul cookies.
In winter, Galileat’s hosts happily show you how to make fatayer, savory pastries filled with fresh za’atar (hyssop) leaves or wild spinach.
The sweets and pastry workshops can be enjoyed as stand alone experiences or combined with home hospitality meals.
